Re-establishing OMF Markets' digital presence in Australia.

BACKGROUND

OMF Markets wanted to relaunch their digital presence in Australia and compete with the larger financial service providers in the digital space. The new site now has a refined UX, features a fully custom CMS, an integrated CRM and is optimised for their target audience.

KEY INSIGHTS

Initial discussions and data insights revealed some vital statistics that were put forward and were key to the UX and wireframing stage.

Restructuring the site architecture

The original site's architecture was difficult to navigate at best, and with the addition of new content and functionality, it needed to be refined. I audited the existing site's architecture, recognised pain points for new and existing clients and proposed a new and refined sitemap that included the new content and functionality.

Simplified homepage

The homepage has been simplified to bring the OMF services and key benefits foward and foremost to the target audience age bracket, while still having a solid structure that allows easy navigating for repeat visitors. With this the site is optimised to perform on older browsers, new browsers and devices.

Services refined

Every service page now clearly highlights the benefits of trading with OMF Markets in clean and succinct sections. OMF Markets platforms are also highlighted within the relevant service pages to educate users that OMF Markets are more than just a service provider, but also a provider of award winning trading platforms.

Support for their customers

With a focus on making sure that their users are getting the support and access to the tools required to help them with their day to day trading, we created a suite of education tools and support pages to help users troubleshoot, navigate and trade smarter through their OMF Markets accounts.
